From Service Desk to Senior Developer

My career in IT started in 2004 at the Construction Industry Training Board in Norfolk. Over two decades, I've worked at every level of technology delivery - from service desk support to senior development roles.

 

This gives me a unique perspective: I understand not just how to build solutions, but how real people actually use them.​

2004-2015: Foundation Years

Started in IT support, learning the fundamentals of business systems, databases, and user needs. Progressed to application development, specializing in SharePoint and business intelligence.

2015-2019: Enterprise Development

At G's Group Holdings, I honed my Power Platform skills, migrating 2,000+ users to Office 365 and developing my first automation solutions. This is where I discovered the transformative power of the Power Platform for businesses.
